We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for assembling intricate electronic components. You will be responsible for assembling electronic devices, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards, and performing tests and inspections on completed assemblies.
salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components and systems following detailed instructions and diagrams.
Proficiency in soldering techniques, including through-hole soldering, surface mount technology (SMT) soldering, and rework/reflow soldering.
Basic understanding of electronic components and their functions.
Solder and de-solder components on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).
Perform quality control checks to ensure product functionality and adherence to specifications.
Use tools and machinery, such as soldering irons, magnifiers, and microscopes.
Test and troubleshoot assemblies to identify and correct issues.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle small electronic components and perform intricate soldering tasks.
Document assembly procedures and results as required.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
