Job Description
: Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following:-Tend pump, compressors, or generators to provide power for tools, machinery, or equipment or to heat or move materials such as asphalt.-Lubricate, clean, or repair machinery, equipment, or tools.-Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment.-Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.-Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed.-Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.-Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes.-Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications. Related occupations-Position, join, align, or seal structural components, such as concrete wall sections or pipes.-Perform site activities required of green certified construction practices, such as implementing waste management procedures, identifying materials for reuse, or installing erosion orsedimentation control.-Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones.-install sewer, water, or storm drain pipes, using pipe-laying machinery or laser guidance equipment.-Operate or maintain air monitoring or other sampling devices in confined or hazardous environments.-Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, or other temporary structures.-Raze buildings or salvage useful materials.-Mix, pour, or spread concrete, using portable cement mixers.-Operate jackhammers or drills to break up concrete or pavement.On the job training.

Work hours and days
: Approximately 60 hrs/wk, 7a - 9p, Mon - Fri, some weekends required. Hours and workdays may vary depending on weather.

Single workweek used as standard for computing wages due. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker, at the employers sole discretion, based on work performance, skill, or tenure.
Workdays may begin/end earlier or later on any given day depending on season demands or weather conditions. Workers may be requested to work additional hours, weekends, holidays, and the Sabbath depending on need.
Employer will make all deductions required by law. Other deductions may be taken at employee's written request, i.e., internet, cable, cash advances, medical expenses, etc.
Employer will reimburse H2B workers in the first workweek all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government.
Tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties provided at no charge.
Employer will offer the worker employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of each 12-week period, if the period of employment covered by the job order is 120 or more days, or each 6-week period, if the perio of employment covered by the job order is less than 120 days.
At the sole discretion of the employer, workers may be required to submit to a post hire drug test, paid by the employer. Positive results or refusal to take the test may result in immediate termination.
