REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have 2 years experience
- MUST have HS diploma or equivalent
- MUST be able to pass background check
- Must pass drug test
- MUST have a Twic Card.
- Minimum of 2 year off shore experience.
JOB DUTIES:
- Produce quality bakery items required at the worksite as directed by the steward.
- Assist the day cook in completing the evening dinner meal line and prepare and serve the midnight meal and breakfast according to contact.
- Manage the night crew and ensures all duties are completed.
- Comply with nutritional contact standards when required. Adhere to established schedule for serving meals timely.
- Maintain accurate mean and bunk rosters.
- Responsible for timely wake-up duty for entire sleeping crew.
- Establish and maintain good customer relations through courteous daily contact with quality professional service.
