Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour

Responsibilities:
Shift start time 07:00 AM - 8 hour days
In-house fabrication facility
Assemble mounting hardware
Able to move 75lbs of material in a 2 person pair
Will be working on metal roof
Heat will be extreme
Precautions are taken on site
Bring another shirt and sunscreen from sunburns
Experience with "Solar Strings"
Simple connections on the roof
The customer's main electricians will handle all electrical connections.
Daily safety meetings at 7AM NO electrical work
NO hot wires
NO hot panels
Qualifications:
Be at least 18+ years of age
Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Prior experience in the solar field preferred
Prior experience using basic hand tools, cordless drill, pliers and impact wrench
