Boost Mobile Retail Sales Associate in Hastings, Michigan
The job of a Store Associate is selling Boost Mobile products and providing great customer service. This is a specialized position in which an individual is required to tech savvy, able to multi-task and adjust to the workings of a dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell wireless phones, service plans & accessories.
- Troubleshooting cell phone and mobile service issues.
- Handles all customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Consult with new and existing customers in order to determine their wireless service needs.
- Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, inventory, point of sale paperwork/record keeping, cash management, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- $15.00 + Commission
- Closed major holidays
