Sales and Business Enablement (SABE) is an internal servicing team providing sale performance reporting and business enablement support to the enterprise. The objective of the SABE Policy and Program governance team is to ensure that GMNS OE have timely and accurate Data, reporting and insights required for compliance driven initiatives like Brand Protection, Anti-Money Laundering, KYC, RBST

Responsibilities

Analyst Policy and Program governance will support GMNS compliance, regulatory and policy programs and initiatives by facilitating the need for Merchant and Network data (financial and/or characteristic), supporting compliance driven initiatives like Brand Protection, Anti-Money Laundering, KYC, RBST with the data that can be used for Due Diligence, ORE and Remediation support, compliance check on Third Party Processors etc.

  • Manage (including preparation) the delivery of monthly Compliance reporting to support key Compliance programs such as Merchant Web Verification, Merchant Registration, RBST, Brand Protection, ORE remediation & KYC.

  • Execute recurring reporting as part of BAU activity (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly).

  • Ensure integrity & high quality of data

  • Drive on-time, high quality BAU/project outcomes.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business need.

  • Lead projects to build new reporting needs for the customer.

  • Provide functional guidance to members in the team.

  • Conduct deep analysis to uncover trends, recommend business solutions and implement strategic initiatives

  • Lead effort to automate and standardize reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of relevant work experience in compliance reporting, data analytics& Credit card domain

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of data design and their relationship to enable reporting and measurement.

  • Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change

  • Ability to drive business insights from the data and provide actionable steps

  • Must have the ability to influence outcomes and build strong relationships.

  • Strong team player, and self-motivation with the ability to handle multiple work streams and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously without close supervision

  • Experience in Python/SQL /Mainframe Programming and Visualization tools (Tableau /Power BI)

  • Knowledge of Amex data Systems, Cornerstone, Lumi and Yellow brick

  • Lead effort to automate and standardize reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy that will ensure flawless delivery exceeding customer expectations.

  • Stakeholder management: Partner with functional leaders, business partners and senior leaders to remove friction points, ensure data integrity for reporting and insights to fulfill business requirements and enable actions.
