Aston Carter Human Resources Coordinator in Harvard, Illinois

A reputable company is looking to hire an HR Coordinator!!

Job Description

  • HR Administration for two manufacturing sites (Harvard, IL and Janesville, WI)

  • Assist with employee onboarding by entering confidential information into Workday

  • Aid in new hire orientation events and tasks

  • Guide employees through open-enrollment processes and answer questions related to benefits

  • Support employees with system (Workday) questions (e.g., password resets, user profiles, etc.)

  • Oversee employee safety trainings and follow up on employee compliance

  • Edit, update, and maintain employee information in the Workday system

  • Process payroll reports for full-time employees and contract employees

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of HR or office experience

  • Workday is a PLUS

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a PLUS

  • Must be willing to travel one day to their office in Janesville, IL and one day in Harvard, IL**
