Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Hartville, Ohio
Maintenance Technician | $21-$25/hour | 1st Shift ( Mon-Fri | 6:30am-5p) Half days Saturdays during busy season | Hartville, OH
Description:
Preventative and Reactive Maintennce on production equipment 75% Mechanical 25% Electrical
Perform maintenance repairs on production lines - assist operators as breakdowns occur and listen for machine errors to react and repair as needed
Mechanical repairs on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, chains, sprockets, bearings and more
A lot of Pneumatics involved - will maintain and repair components of pumps and compressors
Automated lines involved with panels and Allen Bradley PLC's and Robotic arms/claws (Yaskawa brand)
Mobile equipment Forklifts and Skid Steers - will assist with minor repairs
Service repairs on major breakdowns

Must Have Mechanical Maintenance to know how to repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, chains, sprockets, bearings and more
Must understand PMs and how to be Reactive to maintenance calls machine errors
Must Have Pneumatics skills
Must have basic electric skills
Must understand Lock Out Tag Out
Nice to have PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradleys) - will teach and get certs if willing to learn
Nice to have Hydraulics
Nice to Have mobile equipment maintenance
