Quad Night Shift General Laborer Ink Maker in Hartford, Wisconsin

Quad is seeking a Night Shift General Laborer Ink Manufacturer for our Hartford, WI CR/T location (Please note this is NOT the Print Plant off of Hwy. 60).
The responsibilities of the General Laborer Ink Makers are to make ink by the use of manufacturing equipment such as vertical post mixers, twin screw extruders, horizontal bead, and 3 roll mills, as well as dry powder feed systems. Other responsibilities include forklift operation, as well as rail car and tanker truck unloading. The starting wage for this position is up to $20.00 / hour or more depending on experience. Plus, there is a $3.00 night shift premium.
Qualifications
Ability to work a 12-hour night shift, from 7 pm-7 am, Monday-Wednesday with opportunities for overtime. Please note that rotating ends of the week may be required down the line.
The successful candidate must be able to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in pigment ink manufacturing is desirable however we are willing to train the right candidate.
Previous forklift experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Windows-based software is strongly desired.
The ability to perform basic math calculations is essential.
The ability to lift 50 lbs. or greater is required.
