CVS Health Revenue Cycle Coordinator in Hartford, Pennsylvania
CVS Finance shared services has an exciting opportunity responsible for the billing and accounts receivable of specific subsidiaries as well as process improvement/automation. We are looking for a high performing professional to hit the ground running in our fast-paced environment. We are also seeking specific knowledge of automation and workflow tools such as Alteryx and QuickBase, but are willing to teach if the candidate possesses similar skills and desires. Billing:- Communicate effectively with finance leads, sales leads and other business units as well as customers- Utilize and interpret system generated reports to deliver accurate customer invoices within specific deadlines- Provide suggestions and potential solutions to improve systems, processes and metrics- Analyze contracts in order to identify and solve billing nuances and complexitiesAccounts Receivable:- Articulate actions taken on open receivables and maintain excellent documentation and follow-ups on past due accounts- Increase efficiency and effectiveness of Accounts Receivable processes and procedures- Process application of customer payments
5+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, macros) experience strongly preferred- Quick Base End User / Developer experience strongly preferred- Alteryx experience strongly preferred
