As Insurance and BPS Resource Manager you will provide help to project managers with planning and allocating resources for a project; determines an organization's demand for resources and ensures its capacity to meet staffing needs of projects; assigns employees to a project's tasks; and participates in the hiring process.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in managing business process improvement projects to enhance customer and client experience.

  • Support the identification of process optimization opportunities.

  • Execute process enhancements under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Assist with project communication and reporting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

  • Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders.

  • Assist in resource allocation and project planning.

  • Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge and working experience of MS excel, macro building, PowerPoint presentation, Ms-word document is must.

  • Experience of working with teams located across multiple geographical locations/cultures and able to collaborate well setting a tone of team work is a must.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills is must.

  • Ability to execute, monitor, track and follow up of the tasks assigned till completion is must.

  • Ability to analyse various data inputs, compare/consolidate and prepare various reports out of them for management with quick notice as and when needed is must.

  • Experience in the usage of Power BI tool and various project management related tools would be an added advantage.

  • Working experience in an integrated environment, where lot of collaboration across multiple teams/projects is required and experience in preparing visual metrics of project / program.

  • Experience in data analysis and effective data building capability

  • Ability & willingness to overlap with teams located across various geographical locations so as to be able to provide a wider support coverage.

Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role

  • Proven experience in business process services

  • Experience in business process analysis and recommendations

  • Proficiencies in process analysis and data-driven decision-making

  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus

Working enviroment

  • Remote work within the United States of America.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $58,500 - $108,600.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
