Job Summary:

We are seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our team and grow with us. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our projects by handling daily operations and managing project-related paperwork. Key Responsibilities:

Project Operations Management:

Support the Project Manager by overseeing daily operations to ensure that the project runs smoothly and meets our high standards.

Documentation and Paperwork:

Handle essential project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports, ensuring everything is organized and completed on time.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Work closely with our team of superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Quality Control and Safety:

Help ensure that project quality and safety standards are met by assisting with inspections, compliance, and maintaining safety records.

Budget and Cost Tracking:

Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure we stay on track financially, while supporting the preparation of cost estimates.

Communication and Reporting:

Serve as a bridge between field teams and the office, ensuring information flows effectively and any issues are resolved promptly.

Problem-Solving:

Tackle challenges that arise on the project by collaborating with team members to find effective solutions, always keeping the project moving forward.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in construction project management or engineering.
  • Strong understanding of construction operations and documentation processes.
  • Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and a desire for long-term career growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.

Youll be spending time both in the office and on-site, ensuring project operations align with the companys goals and standards.
