Description
Robert Half is currently partnering with a manufacturing organization located in the Greater Hartford area that's actively looking to hire a Associate General Counsel (AGC). This direct hire role is fully in office and in the Greater Hartford, CT area. This organization manufactures products in a number of industries and maintains a global presence.
Requirements
Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of 7 years of experience as an Associate General Counsel or similar legal role
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Bar status in either CT or TX
• Demonstrated proficiency in commercial contracts, contract law, and contract management
• Experience in contract manufacturing and contract negotiation
• Knowledge and understanding of compliance management within the manufacturing industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical ability and capable of making sound legal assessments
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
