Nurses on Center 10 care primarily for patients diagnosed with Arrhythmia disorders and Congestive Heart Failure. Other patients cared for on Center 10 include patients who are pre- operative open Heart Surgery; and other Cardiac patients requiring monitoring. The pace is professionally challenging and stimulating and a wonderful learning environment. · Current Connecticut RN License. · Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN required). · Prior leadership experience and/or unit committee work highly preferred. · Previous Cardiology experience required · Strong leadership and communication skills required.
