Reviews and signs off on the voucher error reports, daily balancing reports and positive pay file bank confirmation emails in compliance with Marsox key control requirements. Suggests process improvement opportunities and implements changes where appropriate. Audits cashbook entries for accuracy and completeness. Reconciles subsidized parking vendor invoices and determines if any adjustments to the invoices are required before they are submitted for management approvals. Manages the subsidy programs for participating employees and is the primary point of contact for questions and issue resolution. Manages Accounts Payable system error reports, investigates and determines corrective action needed to resolve all voucher errors in the AP system. Oversees LAE Claims vendor email correspondence and creates new LAE Claims vendors.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.

  • 2 years of accounting experience is required.

  • 2 years of Accounts Payable processing using PeopleSoft preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong communications skills (verbal and written)

  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Time management skills

  • Organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and PeopleSoft AP system
