We have immediate openings for Maintenance Technicians to support our Night shift, 6PM - 6AM, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off

What you'll do:
Youll work with the Maintenanceteam to complete building repairs, equipment installation, troubleshooting and installation, fulfillment of assigned work orders and unforeseen repairs in a timely fashion. Youll follow good manufacturing practices to maintain inventory, preventative maintenance, good housekeeping and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental laws and regulations. Important areas of operations youll work on:
Lead day-to-day maintenance issues including directing work, managing breakdowns, attending meetings, setting priorities, and allocation of resources.
Defines and optimizes production resources to maintain and improve the performance of the equipment, in line with the objectives set (safety, quality, deadlines, motivation).
Drafts and implements the necessary corrective and preventative improvement plans in addition to equipment replacement plans.
Coordinates and manages the performance of work by outside companies.
Write End of Shift Updates
Lead daily End of Shift handover meetings.
Clean and lubricate shafts, bearing, gears, and other parts of machinery.
Install and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic steam, pneumatic equipment.
Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and other related equipment.
Building maintenance including minor plumbing, welding, and general upkeep
Working with pumps, heat exchangers, and steam systems
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
5+ years of General Maintenance Experience in a Manufacturing Plant.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment & food/beverage experienceis highlypreferred.
Good communication skills.
High school diploma or GED is required; associated degree in relevant fieldpreferred.
Possess and demonstrate basic technical knowledge of some or all of the following:
Stainless Steel Welding/Fabrication
Ability to be or become or is a Sanitary Certified welder. (Outside certification)
Piping systems
Electricity
PLCs (Programmable logic controllers) a plus
Process control instrumentation
HVAC systems
Process equipment
Personal Computing
Salary:
The typical hiring range for this role is $50.00 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.
