BMS of MI, LLC dba Jarvis Property Restoration Skilled Construction Craftsman - Carpenter in Harrison Twp, Michigan
POSITION SUMMARY:
The skilled construction craftsman will work with Project Managers at customer and BMS locations to fulfill the skilled labor requirements of the job.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Sheetrock/Dry Wall
- Texturing
- Painting
- General carpentry
- Cabinetry Install and repair.
- Trim work
- Installing baseboard, casing, interior doors and more.
- Ability to use various power tools.
Demotion and project clean up.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- This position has a normal work week schedule and must be available for on call rotation, afterhours, weekend, and holiday work as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & TRAVEL (Additional essential functions):
- Work from assigned branch as needed with majority of time spent outside office at client locations that support your construction estimation projects.
- Valid US drivers' license and ability to qualify under BMS's Driver Policy requirements.
- Occasional physical lifting up to fifty pounds.
- Walking, standing, bending for extended periods of time while on construction sites.
