We manage over 600 million accounts on our loyalty systems, serving over 2,000 global clients. We offer an end-to-end outsourced service and are at the forefront of next-generation loyalty solutions, including Merchant Offers, Pay with Points, Promotions, and more. Our global team consists of 900 loyalty specialists working across the world, leading the integration of loyalty with payments.Merchant Offers is focused on driving revenue through our proprietary platform and merchant network. We are on a transformational journey, with ambitious goals and is currently seeking a Manager, Offers Commercialization to join our product organization and be accountable for sales enablement, executive presentations both internally and externally, and help unlock and optimize merchant offers. This leader will focus on collaborating with key internal partners to create the merchant offers value story fit for prospective clients/segment while supporting the VP, Offers Commercialization with preparation of internal and external materials. This role will be responsible for managing all materials to arm our business development partners with success including demos/wireframes, value story, access to case studies, etc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record collaborating with partners and developing strong strategy and content materials for various audiences. Role:* Works alongside VP, Offers Commercialization to create strategic presentations and materials for senior executives and external facing audiences focused on value story, market opportunity, recommendations, etc.* Leads all sales enablement content for the Offers program including sales material creation, segment sales-approach and materials, and demos/wireframes to arm business development and account leads* Partners closely with Analytics team to develop case studies for external facing materials* Leads competitive landscape and consumer trends/insights and works alongside regional partners to ensure up to date competitive intel for ongoing use* Partners with communications partners to ensure speaking notes are prepared and drafted for Offers Program media / events* Responsible for partnering with marketing to develop foundational sales materials, thought leadership and white-papers to advance Offers presence externally* Responsible for managing sales enablement repository on internal channels* Works alongside Offers Market Enablement team to ensure marketing objectives are being delivered to support ongoing sales * Works alongside Offers Leadership team to ensure communication calendars is up to date including speaking engagement and client meetings* Works with Offers Leadership team to ensure materials are prepared and fit for external audience prior to all speaking engagements, both internal and external * Works alongside Director, Offers Consumer Experience to accurate wireframe/demos of latest consumer experienceAbout You:* Experience in product marketing or product development* Experience in partnering with communications / investors relation / PR* Experience in strategy and content development related to technology products* Strong competency preparing compelling presentation materials with strong ability to story tell * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior-level executives internally and externally, * Strong proficiency/advanced skillset with Microsoft PowerPoint (required) and working knowledge of Figma and protype creation (preferred)* Background/experience working in B2B or in the technology / payments industry (preferred)* Demonstrated ability to act with persistent and relentless sense of urgency* Comfortable with ambiguity and working independently * Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time* Bachelor's degree required* Some travel requiredIn the US, Mastercard is an inclusive Equal Employment Opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
