Rocket Software Senior Customer Solutions Engineer (IBM Infoprint Server) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Job Description Summary:

This is a full-time remote opportunity located anywhere in the United States.

This role will be in our IBM System Z professional services team working on customer engagements to help install, configure, implement, and provide training for various IBM Mainframe products. The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of Mainframe print products including but not limited to, form creation, fonts, layouts, overlays, pagedefs, formdefs, and various aspects of print formatting.

The Senior Customer Solutions Engineer brings creativity, curiosity and passion to the role working with our modernization products. They are technically versatile and deliver differentiated exceptional customer experiences to Rocket’s customers by:

  • Delivering services that allow for successful post-sales deployment of Rocket products.

  • Solving real problems for, and delivering real value to, our customers and partners – every day.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience

Travel Requirements:

5-15%

The base salary range for this role is $85,820.00 - $107,275.00 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
