DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Revenue Enforcement Operations Supervisor to join our team in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Job Summary: This position will assist with the supervision of the day-to-day operations of a 10 - 20 person department in our Customer Service Center. The Revenue Enforcement Operations Supervisor is responsible to help oversee operational areas including staffing, quality assurance, facilities and customer satisfaction. The Operations Supervisor will also organize the day-to-day operations of our Compliance/Legal Pursuit team and communicate with the investigators. The position is a full time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A hybrid work option is available with a minimum of three days in the office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Assists with hiring, supervising, training, and monitoring the daily activities of all Revenue Enforcement Customer Service staff. * Ensures that service requirements are protected and accounted for in accordance with set standards. This includes processing payment plan requests, check payments, inbound phone calls and image verification. * Organizes the daily operations of the Compliance/Legal Pursuit team, working with the financial analyst to provide all necessary customer information to the Legal team. * Research customer balances, prepare customer spreadsheets and payment plan agreements. * Performs QA/QC on staff work. * Handles escalated phone calls and customer issues. * Provides required reports and service center activities to representatives of the contract and TransCore Management. * Monitors staff payroll. * Conducts staff performance reviews.
Required Skills and Experience: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing. * Ability to analyze and interpret information to make independent decisions. * Regular and predictable attendance is essential. * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products in a networked environment. * Prior coaching, job training and supervisory experience.

Education: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
