This position is established in the Bureau of Construction and Materials, Engineering Automation, and Services Division. It manages the operations of the Engineering and Construction Management System (ECMS) Help Desk by ensuring coverage during all business hours and providing for efficient operations. As the leader of this work unit, you will implement the standardization and integration of data among linked systems; develop and maintain complex management reports using the department's reporting tools; and provide long-range strategic planning for the development and implementation of the information systems supporting the work of the department.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office. This position is eligible for Alternate Work Schedule (AWS). QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Program Analyst 3; or Four years of analytical experience, three of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
