Aerotek Print Production Operator -1st Or 2nd in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Job Title: Print Production Operator - 1st or 2nd Shift

Job Description

• Manufacture printed products using a hot stamp press.

• Operate machinery and maintain press to meet product specifications.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production orders, ensuring orders are accurate and on schedule.

• Assist with daily shipping and support tasks related to production, inventory, and product preparation.

• Share responsibility for accurate daily shipping of packages using existing shipping software.

• Ensure proper maintenance, safety, and functioning of all equipment.

• Follow proper closing procedures at the end of each shift.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hard Skills

  • Previous production experience

  • Experience with shipping/production/inventory

  • Previous printing experience (a plus)

Soft Skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently

  • Team collaboration

Work Environment

Climate-controlled, quiet environment; must be willing to work as a team
