The Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Support Services is looking for a Management Analyst 2 to provide design and analytical support to the Graphics, Forms, and Publications Management Section.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Management Analyst 2, you will be assigned to the section responsible for developing, analyzing, procuring, and maintaining all procedures and processes pertaining to graphics communication systems, administrative policies, and publications management programs for the DHS. You will create and revise print-ready graphic artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud software. Key responsibilities of the position include securing forms and publications by writing specifications, obtaining quotes, writing purchasing requisition orders, and coordinating commercial printing services. In this role, you will monitor, maintain, and generate reports on inventoried stock of printed forms, publications, and envelopes. In addition, you will analyze print material needed to include its packing and distribution requirements, perform various analysis and research of forms, and conduct periodic review of all forms and publications.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time after probationary period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience as a Management Analyst 1; or Two years of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements: This particular position also requires possession of one or more years of full-time experience using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop. You must meet the .
