Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) :
MUST HAVE ACTIVE PENNSYLVANIA CNA LICENSE - We are not offering CNA training and we are n ot accepting CNAs in training or temporay certifications and we cannot accept Home Health Aides
Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
Must be able to work every other weekend, Sat and Sun, no exceptions
Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) :
Review care plans daily
Participate in and receive the nursing report upon reporting for duty.
Inform the Nurse Supervisor, LPN, or RN of any changes in the resident’s condition
Attends and participates in continuing educational programs
Wash wheelchairs, walkers, etc., as instructed.
Clean, disinfect, and return all resident care equipment to its designated storage area after each use
Record the resident’s food and fluid intake
Provide daily Range of Motion Exercises
Assist in ADLs
