DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Your role functions as the agency's audit coordinator and primary contact for single audits, holding the principal responsibility for ensuring adherence to Management Directive 325.09 Amended - Processing Subrecipient Single Audits for Federal Pass-Through Funds. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various agencies to identify optimal solutions for specialized procurement requirements and aiding in the formulation and execution of procurement strategies.

Additionally, you will provide support to program areas throughout every phase of the procurement process. This includes guiding them in navigating the complexities of procurement to ensure compliance and efficiency in operations. Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating effective procurement practices within the agency.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 5 days per pay period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Financial Programs Trainee; or One year of experience in paraprofessional fiscal administration work, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
