DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Facility & Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Prior warehouse and management experience required. * Schedule monthly warehouse inventory review and reporting. * Oversees and coordinates the activity of subordinates. * Approves and assists in biweekly Time and Attendance reporting for all direct reports. * Interact and manage outside contractors and vendors for building and equipment maintenance, and repairs. * Perform or schedule basic building maintenance and repairs. * Identify vendors and regularly negotiate best prices for frequently used items. * Work with all departments to centralize purchasing of office, janitorial, and other miscellaneous items. * Receive incoming deliveries and process all necessary paperwork. * Maintain office and other miscellaneous facility equipment. * Maintain and operate forklift. * Maintain required certifications and preventative maintenance schedules. * Work with management to ensure that operations are compliant with PCI physical security requirements. * Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job * Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS: * Ability to operate a Forklift
Desired Skills & Certifications: * Forklift Certification * HazMat Training
