Job Title: CNC Mill Operator/Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator/Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and setting up CNC machines, making program edits, performing tooling changes, and conducting various inspections on machined parts. This role requires handling short runs of 1-10 pieces and some production runs, producing high-quality industrial parts with precise tolerances. Training will be provided by an experienced machinist to ensure proficiency in all required tasks.
Hard Skills
CNC machine operation
Setup and programming of CNC machines using Mazatrol
Tooling changes and setups
Reading micrometers and calipers
Performing first article, final, and random inspections

Work Environment
The work schedule is 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, with shift times of either 6am-4:30pm or 5am-3:30pm as needed. The shop environment is smaller and casual, requiring steel-toed shoes and long pants; safety glasses are provided. The team consists of about 11 people, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
