DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, your main responsibility will be to provide administrative and office support to the Snowmobile and All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Registration Unit, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be reporting to the Clerical Supervisor 2 of the unit. Your tasks will include handling inquiries from dealers, customers, and the public regarding the registration and titling of snowmobiles and ATVs. It is essential that you have a thorough understanding of the unit's vehicle registration process. Additionally, you will be responsible for reconciling daily checks and money orders received from DCNR dealers, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies. In the absence of the Clerical Supervisor 2 and Administrative Officer 1, you will also act as the Lead Worker, providing support to the unit's staff.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday- Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
