DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Capital & Debt Analyst you will be monitoring bond fund cashflows and producing bureau sections of the Governor's Executive Budget Book. Work includes facilitating components of the capital budget submission process, supporting the Commonwealth's capital program by maintaining working relationships with other team members in other agencies, utilizing a database to analyze if capital projects are accurately submitted for funding release, and ensuring compliance under the Continuing Disclosure Agreements, adopted by the Commonwealth. You will have the opportunity to assist the Capital and Debt Manager in the preparation of documents related to the issuance of general obligation bonds by updating financial tables and facilitating other processes to keep the documents current and accurate.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days a week, 2 days in the office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Successful completion of the Executive Budget Associate training period; or One year as a Budget Analyst 2; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
