$33.00-$36.00 per hour based on experience

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician to join our team. The primary responsibilities include undertaking reactive/corrective Instrumentation & Electrical repairs, completing planned proactive/preventive/routine calibration, and supporting installations along with other new improvement works. Additionally, the role involves engaging in general maintenance activities such as pump repairs, mechanical fabrication, and piping system repairs as required. Effective communication with peers, operations, lab, site leaders, and other personnel throughout the workday is crucial.
Qualified Skills/Experience:
Fault finding in instrumentation and electrical systems
Knowledge of 480 volt 3-phase distribution systems
Familiarity with Motor Control Center function and hardware
Installation and calibration of industrial instrumentation
Calibration and repair of control valves
Experience with centrifugal pumps, AOD pumps and agitators
PLC competence with Allen-Bradley and Siemens S7
Variable Frequency Drives Programming and troubleshooting
NFPA 70e training
Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
Work Environment
Chemical plant, inside/outside facility
