Mondelez International Logistics Operations Intern in Harbourfront, Singapore

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • To support in analysing transportation network initiatives throughout AMEA

  • To assess, analyse and monitor the Transportation data generated through TMS Weekly/Monthly

  • To use analytics and tools- Power BI, tableau, Advanced Excel and identify/visualize the data for further action

  • To maintain the repository of data from time to time and capture them in actionable reports format

  • To carry out analysis of regional initiatives pertaining to Logistics driving restructuring, optimization and improvement of as is process

  • To partner with Global analytics team on global initiatives

  • To Proactively engage and analyse cost spends for various logistics cost heads for the region

  • Proactively analyse and diagnose issues and offer solutions / workarounds

  • Understand project needs and ensure deliverables as per timeline.

Educational Background:

  • Graduate in any stream (preferably technical/computer science)

Mandatory Skills required:

  • Hands on experience on Tableau

  • Hands on experience on Power BI

  • Hands on experience on Advanced Excel

  • Experience of handling large chunks of data efficiently

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Good communication skills

  • Good team player

  • Knowledge in Tableau or Power BI is an added advantage
