The Performance Group Electrical Mechanical Maintenance in Hanover, Pennsylvania
The Performance Group is parterning with a Hanover, PA client to help them fill their Direct Hire needs!
*Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance *
Various Shifts
- Wednesday-Saturday 6am-6pm
- Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm
Monday-Thursday 6pm-6am
Pay Rate: $30+ DOE and shift
*Incentives: *
- $5k sign on bonus payable at $2,500 at 6 months and $2,500 at 12 months
Offer 1 week vacation and 40 hours of Flex PTO from Day 1. No accrual during 1st year
*General Position Rensponsibilites: *
- Troubleshoots and repairs manufacturing equipment: motor control, DC/AC drives and controls, frying and baking equipment, sheeters, temperatures instrumentation, burner system and controls, packaging machines electronic scales, programmable logic controllers, etc.
- Coordinare and completes installation and wiring of manufacturing equipment such as pumps, fans, blowers and relay panels, etc.
- Troubleshoots and repairs various types of lighting
- Independently installs coduit, EMT, and Sealtite to all equipment
- Prepares, coordinates and implements preventative maintenance as scheduled
- Requires knowledge and skills in electrical, mechanical and electronic applications acquired though a minimum of five years of experience
- Packaging machine experience preferred
- Must be able to read electrical prints and schematics
- Must be able to distinguish colors
- Must have Manufacturing EM Maintenance experience
- Must be able to lift objects up to 100lbs. and work heights up to 30 feet
