Seeking a REMOTE Bilingual Sales Operations Manager to act as the pivotal support for a dynamic sales leader overseeing 60-80 executives. This role demands a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish, with exceptional communication abilities and a talent for empathetic engagement with business professionals. The ideal candidate will not only provide comprehensive operational support to the sales leader but also confidently lead the team during their absence. This individual must be adept at navigating complex data and utilize Excel daily. The Sales Operations Manager will leverage their analytical abilities with their people skills to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the sales division. This is not a sales role; it requires a strategic mind capable of analyzing data insights and handling the operational load associated with managing salespeople to optimize sales processes and performance.

6-8+ years of sales operations experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Experience in Salesforce
Intermediate-Advanced in Excel
Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills Team management or supervisory experience
Strong process improvement experience
SQL experience
Background in finance, sales operations, or process improvements
Experience working with large volumes of data null
