Chart Industries AFM Sale Manager in Hanoi, Vietnam
Summary of Role Responsibilities:
This role's main purpose is to provide further develop the market, by increasing market share and positioning Howden as a market leader in Power, Petrochemical Oil & Gas (PCOG), Industry, Cement, Steel, and Wastewater for Aftermarket & Retrofit business development in Vietnam.
Role Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase market share.
Team Leadership: Lead the sales team, set performance targets, and monitor team performance.
Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about the features and benefits of our products.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience.
Legal, Health and Safety
Take all reasonable care for own personal health and safety, as well as for that of everyone who may be affected by your action in your workplace.
Liaise and co-operate with company management with regards to the current health and safety legislation and obligations within the location and area where you are performing your duties.
Role Requirement:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal): must be able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization with tact and diplomacy with a high level of cultural sensitivity.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or related.
Proven experience as a sales Manager or similar
Strong leadership and customer management abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High level of PC literacy, especially MS Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer
Ability to travel as needed.
Communication skills (written and verbal)
High level of attention to detail
Experience of rotary equipment (fans, compressors) and process application, experience with Fan’s performance test is plus.
Dealing with demanding customers challenging
Have business mind set and know how to spot opportunities/leads to grow the business.
Ability to interpret technical problems of customers into potential business solution/service for Howden to grow business and market shares.
Interpersonal skills of interaction with customers’ various stakeholders and decision makers from operation and maintenance, technical department, planning and procurement department, middle management, top management, etc.
Travel as and when required, infrequent.
