As a Registered Nurse, you'll perform all appropriate nursing assessments, evaluate clients' physical condition and service needs, coordinate care with the treatment team, and oversee medication administration and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Perform all appropriate nursing assessments per service line requirements.
Evaluate clients' physical condition and service needs.
Coordinate care with the treatment team and create action plans for clients based on physical and mental health.
Oversee infectious disease control, client hygiene, and related health issues.
Provide disease prevention, risk reduction, and health education as needed.
Arrange medical appointments for clients dealing with medical conditions during treatment.
Administer medications and monitor medication compliance according to state regulatory standards.
Consult with physicians or advanced practice providers as necessary.
Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice.
Willingness to become licensed in additional states.
Experience in mental health services and/or substance abuse preferred.
BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong communication skills.
Good judgment and discernment in dealing with people.
Ability to work with information confidentially.
Thorough knowledge of nursing principles and practices in mental health and substance abuse services.
