Amazon Product Marketing Manager, BO ESC in Hangzhou, China

Description

Brand Owner Marketing focuses on recruiting branded sellers to grow and leverage brand building and brand protection tools/features to achieve greater success on Amazon. ESC (Executive Seller Community) is an Exclusive Seller Community for CN Top Sellers. Through joint creation and construction between Amazon and them, we aim to build ESC into one of the most influential CBEC seller community, empower innovation, and jointly expand global opportunities. We are seeking for a marketing manager to execute the GTM strategy for ESC.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is customer-centered, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to deliver the result on time. You are able to think strategically and implement flawlessly. The right candidate will be comfortable with executive interactions, be an excellent communicator, passionate advocate, and creative professional.

Key job responsibilities

Go-to-Market Execution: Executes go-to-market strategies for ESC, collect Sellers’ feedback and insights, helping to refine ESC experience and execute plan.

Event Marketing: Implement marketing activities incl. 1) the creation of work-back schedules across a complex stakeholder map to ensure on-time and high-caliber event delivery. 2) Contracts with event vendors, negotiates budget, ensures on-time payment. 3) Onsite event support 4) Ad-hoc project ownership on administrative management, budgeting, reporting, process improvement, employee engagement, etc.

Strategic Partnership: Support on establishing insight and content co-creation mechanisms with media and opinion leaders at all levels to expand the influence of Chinese overseas brands and the cross-border e-commerce industry.

Content Creation: Support on developing high-quality content based on Top Sellers’ successful experience and industry insights, such as white papers, articles, and case studies that benefit more CN Sellers.

About the team

Brand Owner Marketing is a central PMM function to drive Seller awareness, confidence, and know-how of building brands on & off Amazon. We are responsible for the full funnel brand owner experience, from brand equity build-up, brand identity and awareness enhancement, to brand loyalty and omni-channel brand strategy.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

  • Experience dealing with Strategic Account experience program
