Our client in Hampton, NH is seeking a plant and facility Maintenance Tech for their Lively, Fun Location in NH. This is a first shift, direct hire role. This role, offers OT and occasional weekend hours ("On call" hours - one weekend every six weeks and emergencies). This will be fulltime, plus OT, and full benefits. This role combines plant and facilities maintenance and the responsibilities are below. If you would like to know more or be considered for interviewing, please feel free to send an updated resume to Kristina.wilson@randstadusa.com Key highlights of the role: • Monitor electrical, mechanical, heating and cooling systems, plumbing, gas, air, drain and wastewater systems • Support and participate in repair work, as necessary, to equipment within the brewery, restaurant, waste water plant, and any satellite locations. • Monitor outside of building to maintain local ordinances regarding protection of waterways and general cleanliness • Participate in the On-Call program during non-production hours on a rotating schedule • Support facility maintenance, equipment repair, and new installations • Support periodic equipment validation/testing procedures • Follow safety programs for maintenance and repairs; including lock-out/tag-out procedures, update SOPs and logs for preventative maintenance schedules • Respond to emergency calls during off shift as needed • Knowledge of all company policies and procedures • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and machinery • Understanding of motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, belts, hydraulics, cylinders, and chains, etc. • Knowledge of AC/DC power, high/low voltage applications, drives, solenoids, RTD/Temperature control, PCL troubleshooting, touch panels, etc. • Understanding of basic fluid flow applications including pipe fitting, pumps, valves, pressures, flow rates, steam, compressed gas, refrigerant distribution, etc. • Complete knowledge of all SOP's • Ability to organize high, mid and low priority tasks • Ability to handle hazardous materials • Communication skills and team player • Skills with various power and precision tools and forklift experience a plus.

salary: $52,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities
