Pooltastic Pool Works Inc. Maintenance Helper in Hampton Bays, New York
Maintenance Helper: 7 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 3/1/2025 - 10/31/2025.
Employer: Pooltastic Pool Work Inc., 182 East Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, NY 11946.
Duties: Assist maintenance crew by checking PH balance, help install or replace pumps and equipment issues. Perform duties such as furnishing tools, materials and supply to workers, clean work area, machines, and tools, holding materials and tools for other workers.
No education or experience required. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Clean NYS Class D driver's license or the ability to obtain one is required.
Employer to provide transportation to worksites in Suffolk County from designated pickup location: 182 East Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, NY 11946.
Work Hours: Monday- Friday, 8am-4pm, 40 hours/week at $22.53-$25.00/hour. Possible OT 0-10 hours/week at $33.80-$37.50/hour. Wage range based on experience or performance. Discretionary bonus at employer's discretion.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
