Description and Requirements

We are looking for an EMEA Gaming Marketing Manager who will be reporting to our EMEA Marketing Consumer and Territory Director.

The role is open in the UK - Farnborough and Italy - Milano.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic direction, leadership and growth of EMEA Lenovo Tablets portfolio, overseeing all EMEA countries

  • End to End Marketing Campaign planning, execution & performance (ROI) tracking for EHQ campaigns. Including media planning, optimization, execution & performance evaluation

  • Brand Tracker analysis & insights across all EMEA countries, sharing with broader cross functional categories

  • Alignment, input and ownership of Tablets Real Time Brand Health

  • Marketing Ops/Budget Management – Ensure efficient & effective planning & utilization of quarterly budgets, compliant usage of alliance funds, timely POE submission resulting in 100% alliance claims ets. Stakeholder management with all external EMEA alliance partners

  • Stakeholder management across country Marketing teams, 4P, PR, Media COE, external agencies

  • Interlocks with WW Marketing Teams, sharing and localizing all content and sharing with EMEA countries, timeously

  • Interlocks with EMEA Country Marketing teams, ensuring execution is line with WW/ EMEA strategy and summaring all key country activity to create an EMEA overview

  • Collaboration with PR of alliance seeding unit programs

  • Content localization and creation (where gaps exist) from WW assets to be relevant for EMEA. Localise & translate all WW assets with EMEA Content Factory, using AI to provide local EMEA talent in all key visuals

  • Quarterly monitoring of all country Tablets plans and execution

  • Plan, execute & monitor Tablets go Big Campaigns (in focus countries), aligning with WW/ countries & media COE/ Assembly/ EMEA 4P

Specification & Requirements:

  • 10 -15 years marketing experience & Marketing University degree required

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and collaborating across various functions eg. Sales/ 4P, finance, PR, product etc

  • Strategic thinking and good Stakeholder management of multiple stakeholders

  • Fluent in English with great communication & presentation skills

  • Able to quickly pivot marketing plans to support business needs while maintaining marketing strategic intent

  • Reliable and highly-motivated self-starter, can do attitude, resilient and a team player

  • Ability to challenge & push back to key stakeholders to ensure EMEA interests are a priority and incorporated

  • Key knowledge of EMEA region & country dynamics a major bonus

  • Able to work as an individual contributor in a complex matrix organisation
