Salary: $56,000 per year 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will review daily receiving documents for accuracy before submitting them to Accounting. You'll manage the warehouse crew and clerical staff, enforcing SOPs, GMPs, and plant rules while scheduling teams and delegating tasks to leads and warehouse personnel. Training staff on correct work methods and safety practices will be essential, as will collaborating with other departments to meet plant needs. You'll conduct inspections of warehouse areas, complete daily reports, and ensure operational requirements for shipping and receiving are met. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, managing orders for pallet deliveries and scrap trailer pickups, promoting safety, and handling disciplinary actions when necessary are also key components of the role. Additionally, you'll develop plans for special projects and manage operational disruptions as they arise. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience. Strong communication skills; bilingual is a plus. Good computer skills and attention to detail. Ability to work weekends and in cold conditions. Must be organized, responsible, and have good attendance. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and manage a crew effectively. Requirements include having 3 years of supervision experience, excellent communication skills, being detail-oriented, and being able to lift 50 pounds and work in various temperatures.
