UC HEALTH LLC Registered Nurse (RN), House Supervisor, PRN in Hamilton, Ohio
UC Health is hiring a PRN House Supervisor for the Nursing Pool at West Chester Hospital. The House Supervisor is responsible for facilitating patient flow throughout the facility and provides administrative direction for assigned nursing personnel. This position is responsible for coordinating daily staffing in collaboration with the Clinical Managers and Clinical Director. The House Supervisor is the acting Administrative representative for decision-making on weekends, holidays, and after hours, in collaboration with the designated On-call Administrator. Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required,
- Master's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
Experience:
- Four (4) years of progressive leadership responsibilities and ICU experience.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in a university hospital environment is preferred.
- Ability to utilize sound management principles.
- Ability to accept and implement change.
- Able to foster professional and inter-professional relationships.
- Fosters effective guest relations skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
