We are inviting applications for a Project Assistant role in the Government sector, located in Hamilton, Ohio. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity as a Project Assistant.
Responsibilities:
• Offer assistance on various projects
• Maintain and update customer records on a regular basis
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all tasks
• Support other team members in their tasks as required
• Adhere to all government rules and regulations in performing tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the project
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
Requirements
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and discretion, as this role may involve handling confidential information
