Description We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to become a part of our team in Hamilton, Ohio. The role involves maintaining accurate accounting records, processing customer credit applications, and addressing customer inquiries in the construction industry. This role also encompasses the monitoring and management of customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of accounting functions including but not limited to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial documents

• Efficiently and accurately handle Billing Functions

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting and bookkeeping tasks

• Implement construction accounting principles and practices in daily tasks

• Process customer credit applications with precision and speed

• Regularly maintain and update customer credit records

• Address customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial data management and analysis

• Demonstrated knowledge of complete Accounting Functions, including but not limited to, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring timely and accurate payments

• Proficient in managing Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition

• Experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations to ensure financial integrity and accuracy

• Skilled in Billing Functions, such as creating and sending out invoices, managing accounts, and tracking payments

• Familiarity with Construction Accounting, including job costing, percentage of completion, and over/under billings.
