Hamilton Community Schools Part Time School Year Custodian - High School in Hamilton, Michigan
Hamilton Community Schools has an opening for a part-time school-year custodian at Hamilton High School, and invites hardworking self-motivated individuals to apply for this position.
LOCATION: Hamilton High School
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of federal and state criminal background checks
- Ability to perform physical work that may include the lifting/moving of 50+ lbs.
- Demonstrates dependability and promptness
- Contribute to a positive climate and culture by exhibiting high professional standards
- Provide a foundation for integrity, pride of accomplishment, self-discipline, and teamwork
*RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: *
Perform all routine cleaning and basic maintenance for the school as prescribed by the custodial duty listing and schedules which includes but is not limited to:
- Removing trash
- Restroom cleaning
- Cleaning and disinfecting floors, windows, restrooms, etc.
- Changing light bulbs
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Other duties as assigned
- Event Setup / Cleanup
REPORTS TO: Custodial Supervisor
*STARTING DATE: *ASAP
PAY RATE: $15.18 / hour plus $1.50/ hour night premium after 3:00 pm
AVERAGE WORK WEEK: Monday thru Friday from 6:30 PM - 11:30 PM
