As a Senior Brand Manager Elmex (f/m/d) at Colgate-Palmolive you are leading the brand growth plan for mass & professional channels for the biggest sub-brand platforms sensitivity and you are multifaceted, encompassing various strategic and tactical responsibilities aimed at elevating the company's brand image and market position.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads functionally, coaches and develops one (Junior) Brand Manager & a Trainee (subject to Graduate Trainee Program timeline)

  • Develops holistic brand growth plan in cooperation with the elmex brand lead and cross-functional team

  • Responsible for P&L and the SOM development

  • Develops media and marketing plans & all required assets

  • Develops sales and training plans & materials for both mass & professional sales teams

  • Works closely with Scientific Affairs, Customer Development, Digital Transformation & Division team

Key Skills, Competencies & Qualifications:

  • College or University degree

  • At least 5 years of Brand Management or Shopper Marketing experience in the FMCG / OTC environment. Experience in medical marketing & working with health care professionals is a plus

  • First leadership experience is a plus

  • Consumer & Profession focused: Works with agility and finds new ways through the use of digital tools and data to get closer to consumers and shoppers. Puts consumer needs and experience at the heart of all activities and decisions

  • Data analytics: Ability and financial knowledge to evaluate and digest complex business processes, identify insights and opportunities and then capitalize and execute on learnings

  • Digital savvy: Experience with digital media to drive clear plans by media/ channel across the people journey together with the specialists in the Digital Transformation team

  • Innovative thinker: Champions new initiatives and experimentation. Adopts a flexible approach to problem solving and taking risks and quickly learn

  • Interpersonal & collaboration skills: Builds strong trusted relationships internally/externally to drive action and progress.

  • Highly influential: Able to influence people and build consensus at all levels of the organization

  • Effective execution: Achieves results with speed & excellence, eliminating unnecessary work, driving simplicity and holding self-accountability for results.
