Your Responsibilities
Support in tracking and adhering to port cost budgets and collecting tariff data for port cost forecasts and analyses
Assist in coordinating port calls and scheduling services to vessels
Communication with internal and external stakeholders and update port-related data
Provide administrative support to ensure a high-quality port and destination experience
Support the berth reservation process for Costa and AIDA vessels globally
Your Profile
Degree or professional training in International Cruise Management, Tourism Management or comparable studies or practical knowledge through professional experience (e.g. comparable work on a cruise ship or in a ground handling agency)
First professional experience in the area of shipping or logistics
Professional experience in the area of cruise shipping
First negotiation experience
Strong understanding of figures and cost awareness
Experience in office 365
Power BI and Experience in use of MXP would be a plus
Self-driven and autonomous way of working
First leadership experience
Business fluent English skills (English is our company’s official language)
