Join us as our new IT Process Specialist (m/f/d) in our Global IT Infrastructure department!
Your Role
As IT Process Specialist (m/f/d) at Kuehne + Nagel, you will become part of our Service Management & Process team and support the operations of K+N’s multicloud environment.
Your Responsibilities
Accelerate your career and takeover responsibility for IT Processes, IT Service Management and Information Security
Support IT Product teams in the design, development and implementation of security technologies for on-prem & Cloud services
Working with a cross cultural and international team with focus on Security processes, Governance and Client-oriented services
Coordinate Security related services and activities between the supply units (IT Infrastructure, IT Products, IT Services)
Perform internal ISMS audits regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented InfoSec controls
Be part of the Information Security Community at Kuehne + Nagel
Become a valuable driver in our cloud transformation programme for IT Service Management related topics
Your Skills and Experiences
Academic degree, ideally in business informatics, IT management or equivalent education/skills
Skills and experience in IT Service Management based on ITIL V4
Skills and experience in Information Security processes and frameworks
Skills and experience and interest in IT process design and consultancy
Skills and experience in AWS Cloud & multicloud
High service orientation, team-oriented work style and good communication skills
Fluent in German and in English
High motivation, flexibility and hands-on mentality
