Your Responsibilities
Supporting the Director Dry Docks & Guarantee and Superintendent Dry Docks for creating and monitoring of DD OPEX budget during preparation and execution of dry docks
Responsible for preparing, monitoring and updating of DD OPEX budget overview
Reporting and collaboration with CMG and finance department during preparation and execution of dry docks
Closely working with fleet teams, shipyards and brands for cost monitoring during related projects as part of the dry dock program
Responsible for reviewing, analysis and negotiation of request for additional costs by shipyards and others during DD performance
Participation during yard times as part of the dry dock team and creating reports, statistics, controlling and analysis of yard processes
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in project management or commercial area, preferred marine or cruise industry
Experience in ship handling or shipyard business of at least 2 years
Shipboard experience is appreciated
Profound IT-Skills at MS Office and project management skills
Teamwork experience and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
Very good knowledge of the English language (English is our company language)
