As aGroundskeeper,you’llbe responsibleformaintainingthe overall appearance and cleanliness of the building/facility.ÂÂ

Your Responsibilities:Â Â

• Cuts grass,maintainslawn, trims around trees,walkwaysand markers. ÂÂÂ

• Clears debris andmaintainsdrives and walkways in safe condition.Â

• May be required to assist in the loading and unloading of supplies, equipment and/or merchandise.Â

• Maintains, services,cleansand properly stores equipment.Â

• Ability to properlyutilizenew equipment and follow safety procedures prior to using this equipment.Â

Skills & Qualifications:Â Â

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.ÂÂ

• Must have experience usinghandheldtools such as weed cutter, push lawn mower, hedge trimmer, edger, leaf vacuum,blowerand others.ÂÂ

• Multiple language fluency is desirable.Â

• Previousexperience preferred.ÂÂ

• Mustcomply withOSHA and EPA guidelines concerning storage and use of chemical substances.ÂÂ

• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. ÂÂ

Physical Requirements:Â Â

• Ability to lift 50lbsfollowingappropriate safetyproceduresÂÂ

• Work in an upright standing position forlong periodsof timeÂ

• Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level (maximum 3ft)ÂÂ

• Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (e.g.,heat, cold, wind, rain)ÂÂ

• Walk and climbstairsÂÂ

• Handle, finger, grasp and feel objects andequipmentÂ

• Reach with hands andarmsÂÂ

• Ability toquickly and easily navigate the property/buildingasrequiredto meet the jobfunctionsÂÂ

• Repeat various motions with the wrists,handsandfingersÂ

• Schedule:Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am-5:30pmÂ
