Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Half Moon Bay, California
Daily Duties:
Build up vehicle components and test jigs using instructions ranging in quality / completeness
Replace vehicle parts following instructions and updating documentation in the process
Verify that test specifications are correct and can be executed on given resources available.
Create test setups to reflect diagrams, SOP's
Following SOPS step by step.
Top Skills' DetailsAssembly experience with hand/power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, torque drivers, drills, calipers/measurement tools, etc.)
Experience with bonding composites (carbon fiber, epoxies), nice to have
Soldering skills (basic) must have
Ability to read basic SOP’s and non-technical instructions and follow directions
Basic computer skills ex. MacOS or Microsoft
Needs to have great problem-solving skills, good judgment, & proactivity
Strong attention to detail
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2 - 3 years of experience needed, this is an intermediate-level position
No preference on education
Manufacturing, maintenance, or testing experience needed
